Welcome to Normandale Community College!
I am honored and pleased to be serving my fourth year as president of Normandale. At Normandale, you'll find academic and career-bound programs that, in my estimation, are second to none. We offer an exciting college environment that extends far beyond the classroom and lab.
Our team of over 600 faculty and staff are truly dedicated to Normandale's mission of ensuring you the highest quality educational experience possible. And as a student you'll receive an added dimension of support from qualified counselors and staff members who share in the fulfillment of this mission.
In addition, the variety of opportunities to be found in our student life activities and clubs, student government, recreational sports and other organizations provide a winning combination for lasting success that extends long after graduation.
You'll come to appreciate the close connections Normandale shares with our surrounding communities. Our award-winning Center for Service-Learning offers students many unique opportunities to get involved in community outreach. And the Normandale Community College Foundation, comprised of local business leaders, brings a variety of alternative financial resources to support the many student scholarships available to you, as well as programs such as the Academy for Math and Science.
As increasing numbers of students choose Normandale, we are working to discover more exciting opportunities to grow and expand our reach to serve underserved and emerging communities. In addressing all these opportunities for growth and improvement, I want you to know that service to students remains our calling as we strive to create futures and change lives.
