Normandale is working with area businesses and workforce partners to deliver the training programs needed for today's competitive job market. Our training will
provide you with the knowledge, competitive skills and credentials to land that new job or prepare to enter a new field.
If you are currently unemployed and interested in these programs, you may be eligible to receive some funds for education. Training dollars are often allocated
based on whether it will improve your employability for the type of job or industry in which you are looking to be hired. Your Workforce counselor will help you
establish a training plan to meet your career goals. We will also help to answer any of your questions or to work with your counselor.
