NCC Help Desk

Free computer support over the phone is available from the NCC Help Desk six days a week durng the academic year.

Help Desk hours are: M-Th: 7:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. (CST)
Fri.: 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Sat.: 7:45 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
Hours will vary during summer sessions and non-class days.

D2L Help Desk

To contact the statewide help desk for Desire2Learn, the software system Normandale uses to deliver online courses, click the "Student and Faculty Help Desk Support" link on the login page http://www.normandale.edu/D2L and choose the "Ask a Question"
or "Live Chat" tabs. If this is your first submission, you will be prompted to create an account.

If you need to speak with a support representative, the Help Desk phone number will be included in a confirmation e-mail sent to the address you submitted.

The D2L help desk is open year from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., except on major holidays.

Non-technical questions about the course itself should be directed to your instructor. Check the course syllabus for an email address or phone number. Also, check the Classlist page on the course Web site for an email address.
