New Employees Web-Based Orientation
Welcome to the Normandale Community College Human Resources New Employee Orientation
Instructions: As a part of the New Employee Orientation process, all new employees are expected to review certain Normandale, MnSCU and State of Minnesota policies, procedures, and documents within their first 10 days of employment. The policies/procedures/ documents are organized on our Web site in numerical order under the 13 sections below. To open them, simply click on the link, and it will take you to the Web Site where the document is located or to a PDF format document. You may wish to print the information for your future reference. The documents in the PDF file format are viewable with Adobe Acrobat Reader. During your HR orientation, you will be given an "Acknowledgement of Normandale Policies" form to sign. By signing the form, you have agreed to review the listed policies and information within ten (10) days of your employment. The "Acknowledgment" will be kept permanently in your personnel file.
