Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a self-help method that is used worldwide to help eliminate stress, fear, anger, sadness, cravings, chronic pain and much more.  EFT uses intentional tapping on acupuncture meridians to disrupt painful patterns, and allow new freedom.  EFT is clinically researched as a method to work with emotional trauma.  In our courses, you learn the core concepts of EFT through step-by-step instruction, demonstration, and supervised hands-on practice.
