EFT uses intentional tapping on acupuncture meridians to disrupt painful patterns, and allow new freedom. EFT is clinically researched as a method to work with emotional trauma. In our courses, you learn the core concepts of EFT through step-by-step instruction, demonstration, and supervised hands-on practice.
