Normandale Community College offers the Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Dental Hygiene as a two-year program within the health sciences division. In four semesters starting in the fall, you will learn modern technologies and patient care best practices.
Students nearing graduation will be eligible to take the Minnesota State Board of Dentistry Jurisprudence Examination, the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination and a Clinical Licensure Examination. Upon graduation and successful completion of these examinations, the dental hygiene student will be eligible for dental hygiene licensure in the state of Minnesota.
