Change of Admissions Status eForm
Use this form to request that your admission status be updated from non-degree seeking to degree-seeking, or degree-seeking to non-degree seeking. Non-degree seeking students typically only take a few courses and are not eligible for financial aid. Degree-seeking students can either complete a degree at Normandale or transfer to another college before completing a degree.
International Student Documentation eForm
For International students only - After you have submitted your application for admissions, you must submit this form. All application materials must be submitted at one time, attached to the international student documentation form. Missing or incomplete documents will prevent your application from moving forward in the admissions process.
Admissions Document Submitter
Use this link to submit any supplemental admissions documents such as High School transcripts or test scores (ACT, SAT, MCA, etc.). International and PSEO applicants must use the eForms specifically for their admission type.

New PSEO students only, use this form to submit your new student PSEO MDE NSOR form, High School transcript, and, if applicable, test scores to complete your application to Normandale. All application materials should be submitted at one time. Missing or incomplete documents will prevent your application from moving forward in the admissions process.
* Returning Students * MDE PSEO NSOR 2024-2025 Typed Signature Form (PSEO students will need to submit this form each semester before they can register for classes). Returning students should email their completed form to studentservices@normandale.edu.
Summer High School Enrollment Acknowledgement Form Summer classes are not covered by the PSEO program, and students must pay for classes taken during the summer. All students need to fill out this form each summer before they can register for classes. Students who are not enrolled in PSEO will also need to apply as a First Year, Returning, or Transfer Student.
PSEO to General Student Status Request Form
Use this form if you have been a PSEO student within the last two years and you would like to be considered for undergraduate admission. After you submit this form, you will not have to submit an admissions application.
* Returning Students * Document Submitter (Optional) Submit an updated high school transcript for review and possible increase to your math placement if you have taken additional high school math courses since you first applied as a PSEO student.
Prerequisite Verification eForm
Submit this form if you are unable to register for a course and believe you have satisfied the prerequisites with a course at Normandale or other college or university. You will need to upload a PDF of the transcript or other document that reflects you have met the prerequisite. High school courses do not satisfy prerequisites but may give you placement in math, reading or English. Do not use this form, but refer to our process on Course Placement instead.
Senior Citizen - Registration Add Form
Change of Information (use this form to update your mailing address, personal email address, phone number or legal name)
Minnesota State Transcript Retrieval Form (use this form to transfer in coursework from other Minnesota State Colleges and Universities if you are not a new student)

Transcript Costs
There is a fee for official transcripts. Refer to the National Student Clearinghouse for detailed information.
Processing Time
Transcript orders will be processed within 3 business days. For an additional fee, rush processing is available for paper transcripts.
